Who We Are
PURE Nail Spa has been on East Brainerd Road since April 2021.
We picked this neighborhood for unglamorous reasons — the rent worked, the road stayed busy, the space was empty, and we lived nearby. Five years later those still look like the right reasons.
We're not trying to be the flashiest salon in Chattanooga. We're trying to be the one you stop looking for alternatives to.
What makes PURE different?
The same hands, every time. Most salons hand you to whoever's open. Request your tech by name and you'll get them — someone who already knows your shape, your color, how you like your appointment to go.
Our name isn't decorative. Tools come out of a sealed pouch at your station or get thrown away after one use. Pipeless basins with a fresh liner for every guest. Ask to see the pouch — we'd rather you ask.
No clock-watching. Your service takes the time it takes. Nobody's rushing you out to turn the chair.
The price you're told is the price you pay. We tell you before we start, not after.
Five years in one spot. Same address since April 2021, same techs, mostly the same clients. In this business, that's the whole résumé.
Our team is our foundation
Fifteen licensed techs, one location, and a lot of clients who've been sitting in the same chair with the same person for years.
